A. All studies are read by one or more of our qualified trained radiologists. In addition, subspecialists will read studies according to their area of expertise.
Q. What coverage hours are offered?
A. As our name suggests, we offer 24/7 coverage every day of the year.
Q. How long will it take to get my reports?
A. Our Turn Around Time (TAT) is less than 60 minutes. We can do reports on priority as per your needs.
Q. How will you send my report?
A. NH Telrad 24/7 sends you the digitally signed report via our PACS in PDF format. We e-mail the reports as soon as they are completed. Additionally, you can access reports via our secure server.
Q. What areas of subspecialty do you have?
A. NH Telrad 24/7 has subspecialists in all areas of radiology, including paediatric, cardiac, body imaging, neuro-radiology, musculoskeletal, nuclear medicine, women’s imaging and oncology imaging.
Q. Are the radiologists accessible for discussions?
A. Our radiologists are available 24/7 and can talk directly with the referrer at anytime.
Q. Can we be the partners for Locum?
A. If you need us just for the weekends, holidays or just for certain days in a year, we are able to effortlessly respond and provide our highly valued service to you at a moment’s notice.
Q. Do you charge for comparison/prior studies?
A. No, we don’t charge for comparison/prior studies. In fact, we encourage you to send them. Our radiologists are happy to look at comparison/prior studies in order to help them make the best diagnosis possible.
Q. How do I get started?
- Get in touch with us – We will answer your questions, understand your needs and develop a proposal for you.
- Talk to our Radiologists and IT team.
- Meet with our Clinical Services Manager to discuss certain operational procedures.
- Sign contract.
- Onsite installation and training for all your staff.
- Testing day(s).
- Go live.
- Continued training for staff when needed.
